Our small group fitness classes combine principles from strength training, sports performance, and mobility training to create challenging and effective workouts.

Unlike large boot camp-style gyms, our small group setting allows coaches to adjust workouts to match your fitness level and goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

 

Personalized training with expert coaching and small group support.

Our semi-private training program offers individualized coaching in semi-private sessions or 1-4 clients at a time, giving you the benefits of personal training with the motivation of training alongside others.

Each session focuses on helping you reach your specific fitness goals while improving strength, mobility, and overall performance.

Training may include:

• Strength training and resistance work
• Functional movement training
• Core stability and mobility work
• Conditioning and endurance training
• Personalized coaching and progress tracking

Our coaches design sessions that help you build strength, improve body composition, and feel confident in your fitness journey.
