ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASSES
BOOST YOUR ATHLETICISM! GET IN THE GAME WITH OUR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS!
This is a fun and exciting class that concentrates on fitness and overall athletic performance. With this class, athletes get the best performance training from all sports. We take basic performance training principles from all sports and apply them to this class. These classes will include:
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Core Activation Program
- Speed and Agility Drills
- Power Development
- Total Body Strengthening
- Core and Knee Stability
Classes are open to boys and girls of all sports from ages 10-18.
Current Schedule (As of November 2023):
Lake Forest: Tuesday/Wednesday, Thursday @ 6 PM
Yorba Linda: Monday @ 4:30 PM, Tuesday-Thursday @ 5 PM
