Based in Orange County, Compete Sports Performance & Rehab continues to support competitive athletes across Lake Forest, Yorba Linda, and surrounding areas with performance-driven training and rehab services.

Soccer is a high-demand sport that requires speed, agility, strength, and resilience. With constant changes in direction, high sprint volume, and physical contact, athletes are at increased risk for overuse injuries, muscle strains, and joint stress throughout the season.

As part of this partnership, Compete will provide athletic trainers to cover IKON UPSL matches, offering on-site support for injury evaluation, treatment, and return-to-play decision making.
