Unlock your athletic potential! Designed for athletes of all levels, our program focuses on refining sprint mechanics, enhancing agility, and building strength for peak performance. Led by experienced coaches, each session integrates a variety of drills and exercises to target key areas including sprint mechanics, agility, change of direction, crossover power, and injury prevention.


The Details:

  • 8-week program beginning the first week in April
  • Open to athletes 10-18 years old from all sports
  • One session per week
  • 2 Programs offered:
    • Lake Forest (Saturdays at 9 am beginning 4/6)
    • Yorba Linda (Mondays at 6 pm beginning 4/1)
  • Cost is $199/per person
